Core principles

The rules that govern the exchange

The exchange operates on the following core principles, each of which forms a binding obligation of membership.

Exclusivity

Membership is by application only. All members are vetted property professionals.

Directness

Every asset listed must be direct from the vendor with a signed mandate. No chain agents. No daisy-chaining. No unverified stock.

Transparency

Both sides present their Terms of Business before any deal proceeds. No offer is valid without this.

Simplicity

Maximum two members per deal. One buying agent, one selling agent. Clean, fast, principal-to-principal introductions. No stacking of intermediaries.

Security

Members may share information with their own principal clients to conduct the deal. Never with other introducers. Never for marketing. Power is in discretion.

Initial Access to the Exchange
